Taxonomy
Cymbularia pygmaea was named by Koken and Perner (1925) [Cymbularia pygmaea Koken in Koken & Perner 1925]. It is not extant. Its type locality is Hjortnestangen, Kristiania, which is in a Darriwilian carbonate limestone in the Elnes Formation of Norway.
