Taxonomy
Raphistoma wesenbergense was named by Koken (1897). It is not extant. Its type locality is Rakvere, which is in a Rakvere carbonate limestone in the Rägavere Formation of Estonia.
It was recombined as Pararaphistoma wesenbergense by Vostokova (1955); it was recombined as Liospira wesenbergense by Wagner (2023).
