It was recombined as Eunema rupestre by Koken and Perner (1925), Pitcher (1939); it was recombined as Trochonema rupestre by Nestor (1990); it was recombined as Gyronema rupestre by Ebbestad and Peel (1997); it was recombined as Cyclonema rupestre by Wagner (2023).
