Strophomenata - Strophomenida - Leptestiidae
Opik (1933) is the proper authority for the genus Leangella. It is not obviously clear who first created the subgenus L. (Leangella) for the nominate genus; the earliest known usage I can find is Hammann and Harper (2002), which is the same year as also used in the Treatise volume.
