Type specimen: YPM 3873, a set of vertebrae (dorsal vertebra). Its type locality is Henry's Fork Hill (Bridger C), which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Bridger Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: amphibious carnivore

Distribution: found only at Henry's Fork Hill (Bridger C)
