Type specimen: Its type locality is South Saskatchewan River, opposite Swift Current Creek, which is in a Campanian offshore siliciclastic in the Bearpaw Formation of Canada
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of Canada (5: Alberta, Saskatchewan collections), United States (3: Montana, South Dakota)
Total: 8 collections each including a single occurrence
