Type specimen: FMNH UR 431, a partial skull. Its type locality is Broiliellus pocket, which is in a Kungurian terrestrial horizon in the Arroyo Formation of Texas.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Broiliellus pocket
