Type specimen: GH Wa287, a mandible (right mandible with I1, P4-M3 and alveoli for P3). Its type locality is Walbeck (Weferlingen), which is in a Selandian fissure fill sandstone/mudstone in Germany.

Ecology: arboreal herbivore

Distribution: found only at Walbeck (Weferlingen)
