  • Plesiadapis rex: U.S.N.M. no. 9838, a tooth (isolated [lower] M2). Its type locality is Melville Localities 11/13, which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial horizon in the "Fort Union No. 3" (= Melville) Formation of Montana.
