Type specimen: Hinde 14521, an exoskeleton (parts of broken body). Its type locality is Scarborough Bluffs (Hinde collection), which is in a Pleistocene lacustrine deltaic siltstone in the Scarborough Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at Scarborough Bluffs (Hinde collection)
