Type specimen: ZPAL MgCh/15, a partial shell (plastron and a pygal port ion of the carapace of the same individual). Its type locality is Altan Teli, Dzereg Valley [PMPE], which is in a Pliocene terrestrial siltstone in Mongolia.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore-herbivore
Distribution: found only at Altan Teli, Dzereg Valley [PMPE]
