Type specimen: PIN 3559/2252, a forewing. Its type locality is Bon Tsagaan (PIN collection 3559, outcrop 45/19), which is in an Aptian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Dzun-Bain Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: fast-moving arboreal herbivore
Distribution: found only at Bon Tsagaan (PIN collection 3559, outcrop 45/19)
