Type specimen: FPDM-I-1554-1, a forewing. Its type locality is Site 1, Kitadani Dinosaur Quarry, which is in an Aptian fluvial siliciclastic in the Kitadani Formation of Japan.

Ecology: fast-moving arboreal herbivore

Distribution: found only at Site 1, Kitadani Dinosaur Quarry
