Type specimen: AMNH 43101, a set of appendages (metatarsus, tarsus). Its type locality is SUNY-B 329 Brown Mountain, Blenheim-Gilboa Power plant, which is in a Givetian marine sandstone in the Panther Mountain Formation of New York.
