Type specimen: UTGD 81443, an exoskeleton (Holotype external mould of outstretched exoskeleton). Its type locality is Ida Bay, which is in an Eastonian carbonate limestone in the Ida Bay Formation of Australia.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Australia (2 collections), China (1)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
