Type specimen: JK 14944, a valve (right valve). Its type locality is Temporary outcrop just northwest of Běchovice, which is in a Hirnantian transition zone/lower shoreface shale in the Kosov Formation of Czechia.

Ecology: facultatively mobile shallow infaunal deposit feeder

Distribution: found only at Temporary outcrop just northwest of Běchovice
