- Praenucula bohemica: NM L 27114 (Internal mould of the shell with conjoined valves). Its type locality is Osek, which is in a Sarka offshore shale in the Sarka Formation of the Czech Republic.

Distribution:
• Ordovician of the Czech Republic (7 collections)
