Type specimen: PIN 3559/195, a tegmen. Its type locality is Bon Tsagaan (PIN collection 3559, outcrop 35), which is in an Aptian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Dzun-Bain Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: fast-moving arboreal herbivore
