Type specimen: GSC 128985, a shell. Its type locality is GSC C-208961, Section A 15, Castle Pass, which is in an Angulata marine siltstone in the Last Creek Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): diameter 81.1, shell diameter 22.1

Distribution:

• Jurassic of Canada (11: British Columbia collections), New Caledonia (1)

Total: 12 collections each including a single occurrence
