Type specimen: MCSNV II D 172-173, a tooth. Its type locality is Monte Bolca (MCSN Verona collection), which is in a Ypresian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Pesciara Formation of Italy.

Ecology: nektonic durophage-carnivore

Distribution:

• Eocene of Italy (2 collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
