Sister taxa: Maldybulakia malcolmi, Maldybulakia saierensis
Type specimen: AM F.102565, an exoskeleton (trunk pleurotergite (B-pleurotergite)). Its type locality is Near Three Oaks, Taemas district, which is in a Lochkovian/Pragian fluvial sandstone in the Sugarloaf Creek Formation of Australia.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Near Three Oaks, Taemas district
