Type specimen: UCMP 146425 (partial parietal). Its type locality is Level M, UCMP V70243, which is in a Wasatchian channel lag siltstone/sandstone in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming.

• Eocene of United States (2: Wyoming collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
