- Paleocadmus pohli: FMNH PE 25583, an other (radula). Its type locality is Pit 11, Braidwood, Mazon Creek (FMNH coll), which is in a Westphalian D deltaic mudstone in the Carbondale Formation of Illinois.
- Pohlsepia mazonensis: FMNH PE51727. Its type locality is Pit 11, Braidwood, Mazon Creek (FMNH coll), which is in a Westphalian D deltaic mudstone in the Carbondale Formation of Illinois.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Pit 11, Braidwood, Mazon Creek (FMNH coll)
