Type specimen: DMNH 2008-08-22, a footprint. Its type locality is Tattler Creek tracksite, Denali NP, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Cantwell Formation of Alaska.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Tattler Creek tracksite, Denali NP
