Type specimen: SC 2013.38.91, a tooth. Its type locality is South Aiken Site, which is in a Priabonian marine horizon in the Dry Branch Formation of South Carolina.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:

• Eocene of United States (2: South Carolina collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
