Type specimen: LACMIP 12991. Its type locality is UCLA loc. 4217, Clover Creek, which is in a Santonian marine sandstone in the Redding Formation of California.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of United States (2: California collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
