Sister taxa: Pluridens calabaria, Pluridens walkeri

Type specimen: OCP DEK-GE 548 and MHNM.KH.262, a partial skeleton (Syntypes: two skulls and cervical vertebrae). Its type locality is Sidi Daoui [upper Couche III] (general), which is in a Maastrichtian marine limestone in the Couche III Formation of Morocco.

Ecology: aquatic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Sidi Daoui [upper Couche III] (general)
