Type specimen: AMNH 14070, a partial skeleton ( a crushed skull and jaws with parts of the skeleton associated). Its type locality is East Surface Quarry, which is in a Barstovian terrestrial horizon in the Olcott Formation of Nebraska.
Ecology: ground dwelling browser-browser
Distribution: found only at East Surface Quarry
