Type specimen: CM 41137, a mandible (left dentary fragment preserving root of I1, crowns of I2 (broken), C1, P3-4, and M1-2). Its type locality is Davis Ranch, which is in a Bridgerian fluvial-lacustrine mudstone in the Wind River Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution: found only at Davis Ranch
