Type specimen: IRSNB a12996, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Foum Zguid locality, top of Timrhanrhart Fm., which is in an Eifelian carbonate horizon in the Timrhanrhart Formation of Morocco.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at Foum Zguid locality, top of Timrhanrhart Fm.
