Type specimen: UA6892. Its type locality is 282 m., Section 1, Jbel Oufatene. Diademaproetus Couche, which is in an Eifelian carbonate limestone in the El Otfal Formation of Morocco.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
