Sister taxa: Notchpeakia cherrycreekensis, Notchpeakia notchpeakensis, Notchpeakia taylori, Notchpeakia varga

Type specimen: SUI 101485, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Lave Dam Five (LD5) 16.8T, which is in a Sunwaptan shallow subtidal lime mudstone/grainstone in the Notch Peak Formation of Utah.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of United States (4: Nevada, Utah collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
