Type specimen: SUI 101548, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Lave Dam Five (LD5) 16.8T, which is in a Sunwaptan shallow subtidal lime mudstone/grainstone in the Notch Peak Formation of Utah.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Cambrian of United States (3: Utah collections)
