Type specimen: UWA 71433, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Core 15, Matches Springs No. 1, Canning Basin, which is in a Darriwilian carbonate shale/limestone in the Goldwyer Formation of Australia.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Core 15, Matches Springs No. 1, Canning Basin
