Type specimen: UALVP 29896, a mandible (incomplete right dentary with eight teeth and spaces for six others). Its type locality is Irvine microvertebrate site, which is in a Judithian terrestrial horizon in the Dinosaur Park Formation of Canada.
Ecology: ground dwelling insectivore-carnivore
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of Canada (4: Alberta collections), United States (2: Utah)
Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
