Type specimen: holotype MHNH 9056, paratype MHNH 9057. Its type locality is Echinodermata, Marls of the Variabilis zone, Thouars, which is in a Toarcian offshore marl in France.
Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Echinodermata, Marls of the Variabilis zone, Thouars
