Type specimen: UA 9326, a cephalon/head (partial cranidium). Its type locality is AV1 336, Whittaker Fm., Mackenzie Mts., which is in a Telychian offshore shelf limestone/shale in the Whittaker Formation of Canada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Silurian of Canada (6: Northwest Territories collections)
Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
