Sivaonyx soriae
Taxonomy
Sivaonyx soriae was named by Morales and Pickford (2005). Its type specimen is KNM LU 337 +338, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lukeino fm., which is in a Messinian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Lukeino Formation of Kenya.
