Permithone belmontensis
Taxonomy
Permithone belmontensis was named by Tillyard (1922). Its type specimen is J. Mitchell Coll. 52, a forewing (left forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Belmont, Darling Street quarry (1920-1921 collection), which is in a Changhsingian pond chert in the Croudace Bay Formation of Australia.
