Sauropsychops tillyardi

Taxonomy
Permithone tillyardi was named by Vilesov and Novokshonov (1994). Its type specimen is PIN 2781/349, a forewing (Forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Karaungir-II (PIN collection 2781), which is in a Changhsingian lacustrine mudstone in the Akkolka Formation of Kazakhstan.

It was recombined as Sauropsychops tillyardi by Novokshonov (1996) and Prokop et al. (2015).
