Taxonomy
Urotryphon baikurensis was named by Kopylov (2012). Its type specimen is PIN 3730/47, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Taimyr amber, Baikura-Neru Gulf (PIN Collection 3730), which is in an Albian/Cenomanian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.
