Carpocristes rosei
Taxonomy
Carpocristes rosei was named by Beard (2000). Its type specimen is CM 40567, a mandible (left dentary fragment preserving P4-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ledge, which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial horizon in Wyoming.
It was recombined as Carpodaptes rosei by Beard et al. (2016).
