Synemporion keana
Taxonomy
Synemporion keana was named by Ziegler et al. (2016). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Bishop Museum, Honolulu, BPBM 159269, a skeleton. Its type locality is Māhiehie Cave, 'Ulupalakua Ranch, which is in a Pleistocene cave horizon in Hawaii. It is the type species of Synemporion.
