Taxonomy
Dytremacephalus sulcifrons was named by Rasetti (1965). Its type specimen is USNM 144690 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is cnw/14. Russell Gap, which is in a Steptoean carbonate limestone in the Nolichucky Formation of Tennessee.
