Gradiornis walbeckensis
Taxonomy
Gradiornis walbeckensis was named by Mayr (2007). Its type specimen is WAL 349.2007, a set of postcrania (left coracoid), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Walbeck (Weferlingen), which is in a Selandian fissure fill sandstone/mudstone in Germany. It is the type species of Gradiornis.
