Taxonomy
Srinitium caeruleum was named by Ziegler (1998). It is not extant. Its type specimen is SMNS 46338 B2, a mandible (dext, edentulous). Its type locality is Herrlingen 8, which is in a MP 28 fissure fill limestone in Germany.
