Onychonycteris finneyi
Taxonomy
Onychonycteris finneyi was named by Simmons et al. (2008). Its type specimen is ROM 55351A,B, a skeleton (nearly complete, articulated skeleton including skull with lower jaws), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Finney Quarry, which is in a Lostcabinian lacustrine - large limestone in the Green River Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Onychonycteris.
