Klamathastraea dilleri
Taxonomy
Klamathastraea dilleri was named by Merriam (1972). Its type specimen is USNM 159456 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS loc. M1132, west side of Bonnet Rock, Klamath Mountains, which is in a Ludlow reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Gazelle Formation of California. It is the type species of Klamathastraea.
