Taxonomy
Karydomys boskosi was named by Theocharopoulos (2000). Its type specimen is AMPG KRD 2192, a tooth (m1 inf. sin.), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Karyidia, which is in a MN 4 terrestrial horizon in Greece.
