Macrocranion vandebroeki
Taxonomy
Dormaalius vandebroeki was named by Quinet (1964). Its type specimen is IRSNB M 66, a mandible (lower jaw with P4 and alveoli for other teeth), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dormaal, which is in a Ypresian fluvial sandstone in the Tienen Formation of Belgium.
It was recombined as Macrocranion vandebroeki by Smith et al. (2002).
